Patna High Court MA No.786 of 2019(3) dt.25-09-2025 2/2 22.04.2019 passed by Sri Purushottam Mishra, Addl. Dist. Judge-I cum Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Tribunal, Munger (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal), in M.A. C. T. no. 29/14 'Urmila Devi and others v/s Rajanish Kumar Singh and another' by which compensation has been allowed against the appellant.

3. Mr. Durgesh Kumar Singh has prayed for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The statutory amount, if any, has to be returned to the appellant.
