2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kusheshwarasthan P.S. Case No. 416 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others is said to have shot at the deceased.

4. The Post-mortem report supports the allegations.

5. The petitioner is accused in four more cases.

6. Considering the brutal murder of the deceased committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner who is in jail since 24.04.2023.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
