After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that earlier the petitioner had filed the case against the co-accused Sambhu Kumar due to which, with ulterior motive, co-accused Sambhu Kumar has taken the name of the petitioner in the present case.
