2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 427, 436, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., on 23.11.2023 at about 10 PM, this petitioner and co-accused Rakesh Sahani set the scrap shop of informant on fire by pouring petrol and thus, caused damage of goods/articles of informant's shop worth lakhs of rupees.
