Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC, has very clearly stated that she had left her home on her own volition and she was never kidnapped by the petitioner.
