The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has alleged in his fardbeyan that while he was going on his motorcycle four unidentified miscreants intercepted him and looted a cash of Rs. 1,900,400/-, one TAB, mobile, PAN and ATM along with motorcycle. It has been alleged that the looted motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60783 of 2018(4) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
