This is the second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier on 12-07-2016 vide Cr. Misc. No. 26796 of 2016, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, mainly on the ground that the petitioner was history-sheeter. By order dated 26-09-2018, a report was called for from the court below regarding stage of the case, which has been received and kept at Flag 'A'. The report contained in letter no. 234 dated 05-10-2018 sent under the signature of learned Assistant Sessions Judge-1, Supaul makes it clear that the case is fixed for evidence. Accordingly, there is no reason to review my earlier order.

While dismissing the prayer for bail, it is desirable to observe that the learned Trial Judge may take appropriate steps, so that the case may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay.
