2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier prayer for grant of regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39624 of 2022 with a direction to trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. In compliance of order dated 15.12.2023, a progress report dated 4.1.2024 has been received from which it

5. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.
