The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case no. 183 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 447, 323, 337, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 20.07.2019 at about 1.30 P.M., informant Basant Kumar Srivastava along with three others had gone at the place, where proceeding of Section 144 Cr.P.C. was going on, at that time, 10 persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners, who are members of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65953 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 opponent started to abuse Circle Officer. At that time, Alok Kumar Srivastava caused injury to informant at his let through Farsa and Anuj Kumar Srivastava also caused injury at his back and stone pelting was also started.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, while petitioners are named in the F.I.R., but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioners. Moreover, the injuries as found on the person of the injured are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
