Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed Anganwari Appeal No.138 of 2019 against the order rejecting her candidature for selection on the post of Anganwari Sevika but the Collector, Darbhanga has not yet disposed of the Anganwari Appeal of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and submission of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Collector/District Magistrate, Darbhanga to dispose of Angawari Appeal No.138 of 2019 preferred by the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.22433 of 2019(2) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 within two months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
