2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 605 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 329(), 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Though three persons were named in the F.I.R. as having fired at the victim, it has subsequently transpired that it was the petitioner who had fired upon the victim. He is in custody since 22.05.2025.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail stands rejected.

5. However, if the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
