Petitioner is accused in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 411 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against named co-accused persons. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2019.
