In this case, the petitioner (differently abled person) seeks direction upon the police authorities for protection of his life and property and also restrain the anti-social elements

From perusal of the record of the case, it appears that there is a private dispute between the petitioner and the respondent nos.4 to 7 and in my opinion, this writ application is not maintainable.

Accordingly, this criminal writ application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Court under appropriate jurisdiction.
