JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board, from which it appears that the Bihar School Examination Board did not find any requirement to alter the petitioner's result upon scrutiny of the answer sheets of the petitioner.

In my view, in exercise of power of judicial review, the petitioner's grievance cannot be entertained in the light of the stand taken on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board. It is stated at the bar that the petitioner is appearing for the next examination being conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board.
