Petitioner seeks bail in Samho P.S. Case No. 07 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner along with three other accused persons, namely, Hemant Chaudhary, Ujit Chaudhary and Rambali Singh made firing on different part of the body of husband of informant, on account of which he died on the spot.
Post-mortem report is available in case diary, wherein doctor has found four firearm injuries on the deceased and death is opined due to aforesaid firearm injuries.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57204 of 2018 (3) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 In view of such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected at this stage.
