(i) a mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to take appropriate action for removal of Panchayat Raj Ughra, Mukhiya Block Bahadurpur, Darbhanga. (Mrs. Kiran Devi Respondent no. 18) in terms of section 18 (5) of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 whereby and where under abusing the power itself in her, she abused the same and was found guilty of misconduct in the discharge of her duties. It has been informed by the learned State counsel that the matter relates to removal of 'Mukhiya' of Panchayat Raj Ughra under Block Bahadurpur, Darbhanga, which with the passage of time has become infructuous as fresh election has already taken place.
