====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 407 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 29517 of 2017, which was rejected vide order dated 29.08.2018 (Annexure-8).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the fresh ground on which the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail is that petitioner has already paid the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59296 of 2018(4) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 entire outstanding amount and there is nothing due against him. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class-cum-Special Court, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.
