Petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No.875 of 2014 arising out of Tarapur P.S. Case No.143 of 1994 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.

In the written report, it is alleged that son of the informant became traceless. One Anil Jha told the informant that he can give clue of his son if he will pay rupees ten thousand. Thereafter, he went to he house of Kiran Singh with Anil Jha, but did not find any clue of his son.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63331 of 2018 (3) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that name of this petitioner has come in para 41 of the case diary about his involvement in the case. Besides suspicion, there is no allegation against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with S.T. No.875 of 2014 arising out of Tarapur P.S. Case No.143 of 1994, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
