Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after three days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. There is no post mortem report on the record. Petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

Case No. 151 of 2019.
