The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No.482 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

The accusation is that the petitioner being the brother-in-law of the victim, the sister of the informant, alongwith his relatives kidnapped the victim.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the
