JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Patliputra PS Case No. 264 of 2017 registered under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of the Imoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and Section 7, 8 of the Posco Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material to show that the petitioner used to supply girls, the only girl recovered from the so called Guest House in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not named the petitioner as being involved in the matter and her statement also disclosed the fact that she is a married lady and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is not the proprietor of the Guest House from where the girl was recovered.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Neel Kamal Kumar Singh @ Neel Kamal Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of lst Additional Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Posco Act, Patna.
