Despite service of notice, none has appeared on behalf of respondent no.7.
This writ application has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the respondent no.8, wife of the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.2188 of 2017 dt.19-12-2017 2/2 On the earlier date, the girl has appeared on her own and we had allowed her to stay with her husband and protection was also given to her. Today, it is stated that both have now gone to Delhi and they are staying there together. In such a situation, when the girl has already appeared before us on her own and the father of the girl, despite service of notice, has chosen not to appear before this Court for the reasons best known to him, in our view, this writ application does not require to proceed further. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) ( S. Kumar, J) V.K.Pandey/- AFR/NAFR N.A.F.R.
