Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with G.R. No. 2772 of 1994 arising out of Supl. K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 336 of 1994 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. Informant who is the wife of the petitioner has alleged that her husband abused and assaulted her due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and performed three marriage's and refused to keep the informant (wife) in his house. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with G.R. No. 2772 of 1994 arising out of Suppl. K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 336 of 1994.
