JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 03.08.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12674 of 2022, by which the petitioner has been granted bail. Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the criminal antecedents of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned in the bail petition as "five" whereas there are "seven" criminal antecedents of the petitioner.

He, therefore, prays to modify the order dated 03.08.2022 to the extent that there are seven criminal antecedents of the petitioner, not five.

The aforesaid submission of Ld. Counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12846 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 petitioner shows that the petitioner had concealed two criminal antecedents at the time of filing the bail petition. Hence, the order dated 03.08.2022 passed by this Court is required to be modified. It is accordingly modified to the extent that there are seven criminal antecedents of the petitioner.

However, in view of the concealment of some criminal antecedents, the petitioner is directed to file bailbond only after three months from today. This order will be integral part of the order dated 03.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12674 of 2022. (Jitendra Kumar, J) uttam/- U
