2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 266 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim.

4. During investigation it has come that the petitioner was in a relationship with the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 25.07.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
