The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under section 366 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the victim in her section 164 Cr.P.C. statement has alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons forcible y took her away and confined her in room for one month.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In view of the allegation made by the victim in her section 164 Cr.P.C. statement, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which
