2 Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that both parties have resolved and settled their dispute by the process of law. In this regard, mediator's report dated 7.5.2026 is on record.
4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not controvert the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid development and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72344 of 2025(5) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 mediator's report, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Motihari, East Champaran in Chhauradano Police Station Case No. 131 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
