JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No. 257 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 323, 341, 354, 379, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per complaint petition is that petitioner is said to have sold the same land, which he has already sold to the complainant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that he has 24 decimals of land out of which, he sold 7 decimals land to complainant and 3 decimals to his wife and out and out

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Complaint Case No. 257 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is with further condition that petitioner shall cooperate in disposal of complaint case.
