Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 290 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Recovery of one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges from other co-accused Manish Kumar who has been granted bail by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 57196 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63137 of 2018(3) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri B.N. Tripathi, learned J.M. 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 290 of 2018.
