2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner registered for the offence u/s 21, 25, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court order dated 6.4.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4764 of 2023.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 30.11.2023 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the trial is pending of prosecution evidence and the same may be concluded within a period of one year.

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, the prayer of bail is rejected.

6. This application stands disposed off.
