Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have

Nos. 41200 of 2023, 44472 of 2023 and 52034 of 2023, as contained in Annexure-2 series. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S.
