2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 103(1) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., mother and father of the informant were found killed by slating their necks by a sharp-edged weapon. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown.

4. Name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation. The mobile phone of the deceased was found in the house of this petitioner.

5. Considering the same, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2025, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
