Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

One hundred eight litres Nepali Dilwale (Sofi) wine is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in jail custody since 8.8.2019 without having any criminal antecedents.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge - cum -
