Petitioner seeks bail in Masrak P.S. Case No.270 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that police got confidential information that accused of Masrak P.S. Case No.153 of 2018, namely, Dhanu Kumar @ Danua is moving on motorcycle. The police intercepted the motorcycle and demanded paper from co-accused, Dhanu Kumar, who could not produce the paper. The petitioner was found sitting on the aforesaid motorcycle along with Dhanu Kumar.

During investigation, it has come that police raided

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64524 of 2018 (3) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 the house of the petitioner and two motorcycles have been recovered from the door of petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 6, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Masrak P.S. Case No.270 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
