The petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the sister-in-law (Nandosi) who has been roped into a case under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has been living separately and has no connection whatsoever with the family, save and except, that his wife belongs to this family.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal history, let the

Case No. 214 of 2017.
