Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the FIR named accused Gopal Yadav and Bablu Yadav have already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4984 of 2017. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. Prakash, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st
