JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Udwantnagar P. S. Case No. 262 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 147, 323, 307, 448 and 325 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. several accused persons including the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and specific allegation against this petitioner of assault by Farsa, causing injury to him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the injury report is mentioned in the impugned order but no nature of injury has been mentioned and as per the instruction the injuries were caused by hard and blunt substance. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65749 of 2019(2) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Udwantnagar P. S. Case No. 262 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
