JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R son of the informant and one Vishes Singh gone to attend Barat where some scuffle took place thereafter son of the informant came at his house. After sometime petitioner and other accused persons came at the house of the informant and started firing causing injury to the son and grand son of the informant.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. III, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.-107 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
