2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28728 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to unavoidable circumstances and medical treatment, the petitioners were unable to surrender before the Court concerned within the prescribed time given by this Court.

4. Learned APP for the State has no objection for the same.

5. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in the application, the present Modification Application stands allowed.

7. Accordingly, the order dated 15.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28728 of 2024, stands modified to the above extent.
