1. The learned APP for the State seeks to file two affidavits on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, wherein it has been stated that all the witnesses have now stood examined/cross-examined by the learned Trial Court i.e. by the learned Court of Additional District & Session's Judge-III, Begusarai, in connection with Session's Trial No.323 of 2020, arising out of Matihani P.S. Case No.108 of 2019.

2. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Trial Court be directed to conclude the trial and pronounce the judgment, within a stipulated time frame, preferably within a period of three months from today. It is directed accordingly.
