Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 379 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, specific accusation of assaulted is against co-accused Panaj Kumar and Rakesh Kumar.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case on account of pending land dispute. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against these petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts of the case and clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Barh, Patna in connection with NTPC PS case No. 25/ 2022, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr.
