2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 305 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 303(2), 324(4), 329(3), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is of causing assault by means of farsa over the head of the informant's husband leading to serious injuries; besides further allegation against other co-accused persons of assaulting the informant and others.
4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in fact both the parties are agnates and on account of a previous
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73834 of 2025(2) dt.20-11-2025 2/3 land dispute they entered into a free fight resulting into institution of case and counter case bearing Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 306 of 2025 instituted against the informant and others. The injury, which is alleged to have been sustained over the husband of the petitioner, has been found to be simple in nature. The petitioner bears fair antecedent and undertakes that he will fully cooperate in the proceeding of the court.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Regard being had to the submissions made by the learned Advocates for the respective parties and considering the factum of case and counter case coupled with the simple nature of the injuries and the fair antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 305 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, with the further condition that one of the bailors
