The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 198 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is of kidnapping the brother of informant and demanding ransom.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial
