1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, orders, direction for quashing the order dated 01.04.2023 passed by District Magistrate, Madhubani in Anganbari Appeal No. 245/2022 whereby and where under appeal of the petitioner with

Patna High Court CWJC No.15874 of 2023(2) dt.08-04-2024 2/3 regards to selection on the post of Anganbari Sevika has been dismissed affirming the order dated 28.06.2022 passed by in Anganbari Case no.

79/2019 District Programme Officer, Madhubani.

(ii) For issuance of writ of certiorari on any other appropriate writ, order, orders, direction for quashing the order dated 28.06.2022 passed by the District Programme Officer, Madhubani in Anganbari Case No. 79/2019 by which the Complaint of the petitioner with regards to irregularities in selection of Anganbari Sevika as the inferior candidate than the petitioner in the merit list has quite erroneously been selected, the District Programme Officer, Madhubani without going through the Complaint of the petitioner as per guideline provided thereto rejected the same."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having
