2. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. 54797/2024, but due to typographical mistake in para. 6 of the aforesaid order, the P.S. has wrongly been typed as Rahika instead of "Rajnagar" due to which the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

3. In view of the above, let the P.S. in Cr. Misc. No. 54797/2024 be read as "Rajnagar" instead of " Rahika".

4. In view of the matter, let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds /

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77801 of 2024(3) dt.13-12-2024 2/2 surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 20.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. 54797/2024 is modified to the above extent.
