JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 181 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of recovery of a car from the possession of the petitioner and on being asked to show the papers, he could not produce the same. Apart from that it appears that petitioner is an accused in four other cases. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the alleged vehicle was purchased by him from the vehicle owner, which has come in para -35 of the case diary. Further submission is that he has been in judicial custody since 24.07.2018.

No.63855 of 2018(3) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -VII, Nalanda, in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 181 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
