The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (T) Darigaon P.S. Case No. 1516/2017 dated 17.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

25 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2017 and he does not bear any criminal antecedent.
