Petitioner seeks bail in Bihta P.S. Case No.153 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B, 201, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. He has clean antecedents. There is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner. Mother-in-law has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 11.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.61763 of 2018.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bihta P.S.
