2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is that he issued admit cards after putting fake signature of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74020 of 2023(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-Xth, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Fatehpur P.S.
