Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 662 of 2022.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that charge has already been framed against the petitioner. However, till date prosecution has not produced a single prosecution witness for examination and petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2021. Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
